1. Begin by meticulously clearing the surface of any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and aged coatings. This essential step ensures a pristine foundation for enhanced adhesion and performance.
2. Smoothly sand the uneven ground, expertly removing any loose concrete particles and impurities. This process is crucial for achieving a flawless finish.
3. Maintain a dry base free of puddles, as a moisture-free environment is vital for optimal adhesion and durability.
4. For those substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend the application of the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advisable for superior preparation.

APPLICATION
1. To begin the transformation, meticulously clean the base layer. Once pristine, select the most suitable primer. After the primer has been thoroughly absorbed and is on the verge of drying (typically 2-6 hours post-application), you can initiate the preparation phase for the self-leveling process.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 5 liters of crystal-clear water into your mixing container. Gradually add the 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Employ a mixer to blend until the mixture achieves a perfectly smooth, lump-free consistency. Pour the well-mixed material and spread it with graceful precision using a specialized notched trowel to ensure an even thickness. Guard this freshly mixed masterpiece from direct sunlight and gusty winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Before the self-leveling compound has a chance to set, gently roll over the surface with a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for effortless transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure that the construction environment is maintained at a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C. The relative humidity should be kept at optimal levels, avoiding excessive moisture to preserve the integrity of the application.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This precision ensures the self-leveling material performs at its utmost potential. Deviating by adding too much or too little water could impair the product's effectiveness.
3. To ensure a flawless finish, apply the mixed self-leveling material within a brisk timeframe of 20 minutes. This prevents premature solidification, ensuring your material remains supple and workable.
4. Prioritize safety throughout the construction process: protect yourself by avoiding any contact of the material with your eyes or skin.
5. During the curing phase, take extraordinary care to shield the ground from heavy impacts or water exposure to ensure a pristine finish.
TRANSPORTATION
