Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily shed sand, this product is not suitable. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before applying the adhesive.

Application Method

 

>> Clear away any loose, unstable materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust as needed based on substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For heightened reinforcement, consider the application of multiple coats.

>> Once fully cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, achieving a professional, long-lasting finish.
