Installation Instructions
Achieve impeccable wood flooring installation with the expert use of a B11 notched trowel, which is specifically engineered for wood flooring adhesive applications. It is crucial to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain optimal performance. The adhesive's open time is influenced by the quantity used, prevailing climatic conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. Once the adhesive begins to string, it signals its readiness for application, ensuring a seamless installation process.
For the effective wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, the employment of a B1 notched trowel is recommended. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to ensure the adhesive's optimal performance. Begin your installation when the adhesive starts forming strings, guaranteeing excellent transfer to the flooring's reverse side. During the installation, meticulously roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring a uniform, gap-free bond. Follow this with an additional roll 20 minutes later. For comprehensive guidelines, adhere to Lan Guan's technical instructions, solidifying the structural integrity of your flooring installations to perfection.
