Product Description

Product introduction

Designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces, as well as putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, and absorbent substrates like concrete. Our adhesive effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in substrates, significantly reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

This process prevents the leveling layer's moisture from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. It ensures robust adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, eliminating issues like peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives such as release agents. For loose substrates or large areas of sand shedding, this product is not recommended for reinforcement; shot blasting is required. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> After curing, the substrate can be immediately treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering materials, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
