Product Description
K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any residual old coatings from the surface.
2. Smooth out any uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, following up with a vacuuming to remove remaining loose particles and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry and devoid of any puddles.
4. For substrates that absorb moisture, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for optimal treatment.
For optimal performance, maintain a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%.
1. After meticulous cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring about 6 liters of clean water into a mixing container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, blending with a mixer until achieving a smooth, lump-free consistency. Evenly pour the mixture and utilize a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds; complete mixing and application within 10 minutes for best results.
3. Before the compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any trapped air. For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and humidity. With the proper seal, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, handle with care to prevent collisions and compression, thus avoiding damage to the packaging.
