The K80 cement mix is expertly formulated to be applied with a precise thickness range-from as thin as 3mm to as robust as 8mm-all in a single, seamless application process.

SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by thoroughly clearing away any undesired elements such as oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface, ensuring a pristine foundation for optimal results.
2. Carefully sand the uneven ground to effectively eliminate loose concrete and impurities, creating a smooth and even surface for the next stages of preparation.

3. Maintain the base in a dry state, devoid of any puddles, to guarantee the ideal conditions necessary for the application of our premium self-leveling cement mix.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is advisable to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; whereas for surfaces that do not absorb, the use of our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to achieve perfect compatibility and finish.

The ideal water to mortar ratio of 1:5 ensures optimal consistency and workability, providing a seamless and professional finish every time.

APPLICATION

1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal primer adhesion. Select the correct primer for your application. Allow the primer to be fully absorbed by the base layer, which typically takes around 2 to 6 hours, depending on conditions. Once the primer is nearly dry, you can commence the preparatory work for the self-leveling process.

2. Pour approximately 5 liters of clean, fresh water into a suitable, clean container. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound into the water. Use a mechanical mixer to blend the mixture until it achieves an ultra-smooth, lump-free consistency. Carefully pour the prepared material onto the working surface. Employ a specialized notched trowel to evenly distribute and control the desired thickness. Ensure the newly mixed compound is shielded from direct sunlight and robust winds to maintain its integrity.

3. Before the self-leveling compound starts to set, gently roll a defoaming roller across the surface to release any trapped air bubbles. Note: For enhanced convenience, you may utilize a pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. It is crucial to maintain the construction environment at a temperature range of 5°C to 30°C. Additionally, ensure that the relative humidity remains at suitable levels to guarantee optimal results.

2. Adhere rigorously to the water-to-product ratio specified in our detailed product manual. This precision is vital to preserve the self-leveling material's performance and prevent any adverse effects caused by incorrect water proportions.

3. The expertly mixed self-leveling material must be applied within a 20-minute window to avoid premature solidification, which can render the material unusable.

4. Prioritize safety during the application process. Take necessary precautions to prevent contact with eyes or skin to ensure a safe working environment.

5. During the critical curing phase, it is essential to prevent any heavy objects from impacting the surface and to avoid any exposure to water to maintain the integrity of the cured material.

TRANSPORTATION
Store this product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve its quality. During transportation, handle with care to avoid collisions and compression that could compromise the packaging integrity.
