Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. In cases where the surface is loose or exhibits substantial sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, and shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum clean before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing all unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for optimal results.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or according to the substrate's absorption level. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For enhanced reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, offering a seamless finish.
