This adhesive also expertly supports aerated concrete block surfaces. This exceptional solution is ideally suited for application on surfaces like putty powder, paint, and cement mortar, as well as absorbent substrates such as concrete. Our advanced adhesive effectively seals capillary pores and cracks within the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption rate of porous materials.

Through the prevention of moisture absorption in the leveling layer by the substrate, it effectively amplifies bonding strength, ensuring a steadfast adhesion between the leveling layer and its foundation, eradicating common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand shedding, this product is not suitable. Prior shot blasting and comprehensive vacuuming are necessary before application.

Application Method

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting as required based on substrate absorption; apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For augmented reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats.

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
