SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Ensure a pristine base by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface.
2. Perfectly sand the uneven ground to eliminate any loose concrete and impurities, ensuring a flawless foundation.

3. Maintain a dry and puddle-free base to ensure optimal adherence and performance.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, we recommend using the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. On the other hand, for non-absorbent surface substrates, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is the ideal choice for superior treatment.

Achieve the perfect consistency with our water to mortar ratio of 1:5, designed for seamless application and superior results.

APPLICATION

1. Start your project on a high note by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Once it's spotless, choose the perfect primer. As the primer integrates and starts drying-about 2 to 6 hours post-application-prepare for the seamless magic of self-leveling.

2. Begin by pouring around 5 liters of pristine water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound and blend with a mixer until you achieve a silky-smooth, lump-free consistency. Evenly spread this perfect blend using a specialized notched trowel to ensure the right thickness. Protect this freshly mixed wonder from harsh sunlight and gusty winds.

3. Just before your self-leveling compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to gracefully glide over the surface, banishing any entrapped air. Note: For efficient slurry transport, a pump boasting a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is ideal.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment within the optimal temperature range of 5°C to 30°C while ensuring that the relative humidity remains moderate.

2. Adhere strictly to the water addition ratio specified in the product manual. This ensures that the performance of your self-leveling material remains impeccable, avoiding the pitfalls of excess or insufficient water.

3. Time is of the essence! Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent it from prematurely solidifying and becoming unusable.

4. Prioritize safety during construction by taking precautions to prevent the material from splashing into eyes or onto skin.

5. Protect your ground from heavy impacts or water exposure during the crucial curing period.

TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transit, handle with care to prevent collisions and compression, thus safeguarding the packaging's integrity.
