SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by meticulously removing any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and stubborn old coatings from the surface, ensuring a pristine and optimal foundation.
2. Sand down any uneven patches on the ground, skillfully eliminating loose concrete and impurities to create a smooth and uniform base.
3. Maintain a dry base free of any puddles, ensuring the foundation is perfectly prepared for the next steps.
4. For absorbent substrates, the recommended approach is to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve superior treatment and preparation.

WATER-TO-INGREDIENT RATIO

Water to mortar ratio: The ideal balance of water to mortar is maintained between 41% and 44%, ensuring optimal consistency and strength for your construction needs.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

1. Begin your construction process by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure optimal adhesion and performance. Select the appropriate primer tailored to your project needs. Once the primer is absorbed and starts to dry, which typically occurs within 2-6 hours after application, you are ready to embark on the self-leveling construction. This timing is crucial to achieve a flawless finish.

2. Initiate the mixing process by pouring approximately 10 liters of crystal-clear water into a mixing container. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of premium self-leveling compound, stirring diligently with a mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour the perfectly blended mixture and spread it evenly. Utilize a specialized notched trowel to meticulously control the desired thickness. To ensure the integrity of the mixture, shield it from direct sunlight and strong winds, preserving its superior quality.

3. Prior to the onset of setting in the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to effectively eliminate any entrapped air, ensuring a bubble-free surface. Note: For efficiency, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be utilized to transport the self-leveling slurry, streamlining the application process and enhancing precision.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ensure that the construction environment maintains a temperature between 5°C and 30°C. It is crucial to keep the relative humidity low for optimal results.

2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio as outlined in the product manual. This precision is vital to prevent performance issues with the self-leveling material that could arise from deviations.

3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to avoid premature solidification, which would render the material unusable.

4. Prioritize safety during construction. Take precautions to prevent the material from splashing into eyes or onto skin.

5. During the curing period, ensure that the surface is safeguarded from impacts by heavy objects and from water exposure.

TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES
Store this product in a dry, well-ventilated area, shielded from intense sunlight to maintain its premium quality. During transportation, it is paramount to handle the product with care to prevent any damage to the packaging that might arise from collisions or compressions.
