Substrate Treatment
Ensure the substrate surface is smooth, & dry, free of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces, this product is unsuitable. Meticulous shot blasting and vacuuming are required before application to ensure optimal results.
>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface, ensuring a clean application area.
>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring deep and complete penetration.
>> For enhanced reinforcement and durability, consider applying multiple coats.
>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, ensuring a robust and long-lasting finish.
