1. Start your project with precision by thoroughly eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface. This careful cleaning process is essential for achieving optimal bonding and ensuring the long-lasting performance of your flooring solution.
2. With a gentle yet effective approach, sand the uneven ground to meticulously remove any loose concrete and embedded impurities. This step is crucial in crafting a smooth and flawless foundation, paving the way for successful subsequent applications.
3. Guarantee that the base is impeccably dry and entirely devoid of puddles. Moisture can severely compromise both the integrity and adherence of your surface solution, making this a vital step in your preparation process.
4. For substrates that exhibit high absorbency, we recommend utilizing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to achieve superior penetration and enhanced bonding. On the other hand, for non-absorbent surface substrates, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to ensure exceptional adhesion and enduring durability.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by thoroughly preparing the base layer for superior adhesion. Choose an appropriate primer that absorbs well into the base, beginning its drying process within 2-6 hours. At this stage, get ready to apply our Premium Self-Leveling Cement for optimal results.
2. Start by adding around 5 liters of clean, fresh water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our high-quality self-leveling compound. Mix using a mechanical mixer until achieving a smooth, lump-free consistency. Use a notched trowel for even distribution, ensuring precise thickness control. Protect the freshly applied mixture from direct sunlight and high winds to ensure the best outcome.
3. Before the compound sets, use a defoaming roller to gently roll across the surface, efficiently releasing trapped air bubbles. Note: For seamless application, employ a pump with a 20-40 liters per minute capacity to effortlessly transfer the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Keep the construction environment's temperature between 5°C and 30°C and ensure low relative humidity to maximize material performance.
2. Follow the precise water ratio as outlined in the product manual to avoid compromising the superior performance of our self-leveling compound, which may occur due to incorrect water amounts.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling compound within 20 minutes to prevent premature setting, ensuring a smooth and effective application process.

TRANSPORTATION
