4. For substrates characterized by high absorbency, we recommend employing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. 2. Introduce approximately 5 liters of pure, pristine water into a suitable mixing vessel. Gradually incorporate a complete 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Engage a mixer to blend until you reach a flawless, smooth, and lump-free texture. Distribute the prepared mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to precisely manage the thickness. Protect the freshly laid surface from harsh sunlight and strong winds to maintain optimal results.
3. Before the compound solidifies, employ a defoaming roller to glide effortlessly over the surface, effectively eliminating any entrapped air bubbles. Note: For a streamlined application, consider utilizing a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to ensure the self-leveling slurry is applied smoothly and uniformly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain ambient conditions in the construction area between 5°C and 30°C, with low relative humidity to optimize the material's performance.
2. Strict adherence to the specified water proportions as outlined in the product manual is essential. This precision prevents any compromise in the outstanding performance of our self-leveling compound due to incorrect water addition.
3. To avert premature setting, apply the prepared self-leveling material within a 20-minute window, ensuring a smooth and effective application to the surface.
