Product introduction

Our innovative adhesive is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with slight sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. It is perfect for use on putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates such as concrete. This adhesive expertly seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, dramatically reducing the absorption of porous materials.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, it enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface should be smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the surface is loose or has large areas of sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement. In such cases, shot blasting is required. Always sand the substrate and thoroughly vacuum before application.

Application Method

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 or according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as necessary.

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
