TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE. Begin by meticulously cleaning the dust and debris from the floor using a mop. For uneven floors, utilize self-leveling materials to achieve a flawless and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION. Employ a scraper brush to distribute the adhesive uniformly across the floor. Allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive transitions from white to transparent, at which point carpet installation can commence.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION. Lay the carpet ensuring it is flat and smooth. Apply pressure and use a rubber mallet or press roller to secure it in place.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The carpet adhesive will begin to strengthen within 3 hours. It is essential to avoid walking or placing weight on the carpet for a full 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation, ensuring durable performance.
