K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface for optimal adhesion.
2. Meticulously grind off uneven surfaces to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to ensure a pristine, dust-free base.
3. Maintain a dry base devoid of any standing water to ensure ideal conditions.
4. For absorbent substrates, utilize the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment for optimal results; for non-absorbent surfaces, employ the LG670 non-absorbent interface treatment agent as recommended.
Water to mortar ratio: 26%, ensuring optimal consistency and performance.
1. Following thorough cleaning of the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), commence the preparatory work for self-leveling.
2. Initiate by pouring approximately 6 liters of pristine water into a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound. Employ a mixer to achieve a uniformly smooth, lump-free blend. Dispense and spread the mixture with care, using a specialized notched trowel to regulate thickness precisely. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the entire mixing and application process is completed within a stringent 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the compound setting, skillfully use a defoaming roller to expel any entrapped air, ensuring a flawless finish. For increased efficiency, a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute may be utilized to transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring longevity and quality preservation.
During transportation, exercise caution to avoid collisions and compression, thus preserving the integrity of the packaging and the premium quality contained within.
