SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin the preparation process with unparalleled precision by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any lingering remnants of old coatings from the surface. This thorough and diligent cleaning process is vital to ensure optimal bonding, leading to enhanced durability and long-lasting performance of the subfloor.
2. Gently sand the uneven ground to meticulously and effectively remove any loose concrete and embedded impurities. This careful attention to detail creates a perfectly smooth and flawless foundation, setting the stage for superior subsequent applications.
3. Ensure the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as even the slightest moisture can significantly compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution. A dry, pristine base is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of surface preparation.
4. For substrates that demonstrate high absorbency, we highly recommend employing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to achieve supreme penetration and bonding. On the other hand, for non-absorbent surface substrates, utilizing our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised, ensuring exceptional adhesion and unmatched durability.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by carefully cleaning the base layer to ensure superior adhesion. Choose the appropriate primer that is absorbed by the base layer and begins drying within approximately 2-6 hours. Once achieved, prepare for the application of the Premium Self-Leveling Cement.
2. Pour around 5 liters of pure water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our exceptional self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until the mixture achieves a flawlessly smooth, lump-free consistency. Evenly distribute the mixed material using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect this mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, glide a defoaming roller over the surface to effectively release any trapped air. Note: For efficient application, a pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute can seamlessly transport the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment's temperature between 5°C and 30°C, ensuring low relative humidity for the best material performance.
2. Adhere precisely to the water ratio specified in the product manual. Precision is key to preventing any compromise in the exceptional performance of our self-leveling compound due to excessive or insufficient water.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent premature solidification, ensuring a smooth and efficient surface application.
4. Exercise caution during application to prevent the material from splattering onto skin or eyes, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
5. During the critical curing period, protect the surface from heavy object impacts and avoid water exposure to safeguard the surface's integrity.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain the product's quality. During transportation, avoid any impacts and compression to prevent packaging damage, ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition.
