Substrate Treatment

The substrate surface should be impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. If the surface is loose or exhibits extensive sand shedding, this product is not suitable for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is necessary. Always sand the substrate and perform a thorough vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as required.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or a layer of self-levelingcement.
