Installation Instructions
For the flawless installation of wood flooring, we recommend utilizing a B11 notched trowel, specially designed for wood flooring adhesive application. Remember to replace the notched bar after every 100 square meters to maintain the efficiency. The open time should be carefully determined based on the adhesive quantity used, prevailing climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive reaches readiness when it begins to form strings, indicating optimal adhesion capability.
For the impeccable wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring, a B1 notched trowel is recommended, with the notched bar replaced every 100 square meters for consistent results. Proceed with the flooring installation once the adhesive starts forming strings, ensuring it adheres effectively and transfers seamlessly to the flooring's back. During installation, employ a roller to roll over the entire surface, and use a cork board to press the edges and corners, ensuring complete flatness without dead spots. This allows the flooring to fully bond with the adhesive. Reinforce the bond by re-rolling after 20 minutes.
