TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Efficiently remove all dust and debris from the floor using a mop. For uneven floors, apply self-leveling material to achieve a smooth and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Employ a scraper brush to uniformly spread the adhesive across the floor. Allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes until the adhesive transitions from white to transparent, then begin carpet installation.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet smoothly and apply pressure. Use a rubber mallet for tapping or a pressure roller for even laying.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
The adhesive develops bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours to ensure a firm set, capable of bearing weight without bubbling or deformation. Simplified translation.
