Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Industry standards demand a pristine work area. Thoroughly cleanse the floor to eliminate any dust and debris using a mop. If the floor shows unevenness, apply a self-leveling compound to ensure a perfectly smooth and clean surface.

Step 2
Adhesive Application: Achieve optimal results by evenly spreading the adhesive with a scraper brush. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent before proceeding with carpet placement.

Step 3
Carpet Installation: Precisely lay the carpet flat and smooth, applying consistent pressure. Employ a rubber mallet or pressure roller to secure it firmly into place.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The adhesive achieves optimal bonding strength within 3 hours. It is advised to refrain from walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This method guarantees the carpet's ability to withstand weight without bubbling or deformation, ensuring a flawless finish.
