1. After cleaning the base layer thoroughly, the appropriate primer should be selected. When the primer has been absorbed by the base layer and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after the primer application), start the self-leveling construction.
2. Pour about 8 liters of clear water into a container, then slowly add a 20-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and stir with a mixer until it is evenly mixed without lumps. Pour out the mixture, spread it evenly, and use a specialized notched trowel to control the thickness. The well-mixed material should be protected from direct sunlight and strong winds.
3.Before the self-leveling compound begins to set, use a defoaming roller to roll over the surface to expel any air that was mixed in. PS: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be used to transport the self-leveling slurry.
