K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any residual old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind and smoothen any uneven surfaces, removing any loose concrete particles and debris, then vacuum to clear loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains impeccably dry and devoid of puddles for optimal performance.
4. For absorbent substrates, utilize the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended for superior preparation.
Adhere to the perfect water-to-mortar ratio of 26% for impeccable results every time.
1. Post thorough base layer cleaning, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate self-leveling pre-work.
2. Introduce approximately 6 liters of pristine water into a container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until achieving a smooth, lump-free consistency. Evenly spread the mixture using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Protect the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a brisk 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, utilize a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is ideal for transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. When sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring prolonged usability.
During transportation, exercise caution to prevent collisions and compression, safeguarding the packaging from potential damage.
