SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Initiate the process with a detailed and thorough cleaning. Expertly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This meticulous cleaning sets the stage for superior bonding and ensures your subfloor delivers exceptional long-lasting performance.
2. Employ careful sanding techniques on the uneven ground to effectively eliminate all loose concrete and any embedded impurities. This precision step is essential to create a flawlessly smooth foundation, perfectly primed for subsequent applications.
3. Guarantee that the base is impeccably dry and completely devoid of puddles. Even the slightest moisture can compromise the surface solution's integrity and adherence, potentially affecting its overall performance.
4. For substrates characterized by high absorbency, employ our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, specifically engineered for superior penetration and bonding. APPLICATION

Select a primer specifically crafted to deeply penetrate and bond effectively, initiating a drying phase of approximately 2-6 hours. As the primer sets, seamlessly prepare to apply our Premium Self-Leveling Cement, ensuring an uninterrupted and smooth workflow.
2. Pour around 5 liters of clean, fresh water into a suitable mixing container. Gradually introduce a full 25-kilogram bag of our superior self-leveling compound. Employ a mixer to blend meticulously until the mixture achieves a flawless, smooth, and lump-free consistency. Spread the prepared mixture uniformly using a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the application thickness. Protect the newly prepared surface from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to glide effortlessly over the surface, effectively dispelling any entrapped air bubbles. Note: For a more streamlined application process, consider employing a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to ensure the self-leveling slurry is applied effortlessly and consistently across the surface.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain ambient conditions within the construction area between 5°C and 30°C, with low relative humidity to guarantee the material's optimal performance.
2. Adhering to the specified water proportions as detailed in the product manual is vital. This precision ensures the exceptional performance of our self-leveling compound is preserved, preventing any degradation due to incorrect water addition.
3. To prevent premature setting, apply the prepared self-leveling material within a precise 20-minute window, ensuring the application remains smooth and effective.
4. Take necessary precautions during application to prevent splashes onto skin or into eyes, thereby maintaining a safe working environment.
5. During the critical curing period, protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects and avoid water exposure to preserve the integrity and strength of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Preserve the product's quality by storing it in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, sheltered from direct sunlight and moisture.
