SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin the transformation of your space with a clean canvas. Thoroughly eradicate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure a flawless foundation.
2. Achieve perfect smoothness by sanding the uneven ground. This step is crucial for removing loose concrete and unwanted impurities, setting the stage for a seamless finish.
3. Ensure your base is impeccably dry and devoid of any puddles. This dryness is essential to maintain the integrity and durability of the flooring solution.
4. Tailor your substrate treatment for optimal performance. For absorbent substrates, employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Meanwhile, for non-absorbent surfaces, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent, ensuring a perfect bond and superior results.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer, ensuring it is free of debris. Choose the appropriate primer to suit your specific needs. Once the primer is absorbed by the base and starts to dry-this usually takes between 2 to 6 hours-initiate the pre-work for applying our top-tier self-leveling compound.
2. Pour approximately 5 liters of pristine water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound into the water. Blend thoroughly using a mixer until the mixture achieves a smooth, lump-free consistency. Pour the well-mixed material and spread it with precision using a specialized notched trowel to control the applied thickness. Shield the freshly laid material from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the self-leveling masterpiece begins to solidify, roll a defoaming roller across the surface to efficiently expel any trapped air bubbles. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute for seamless transportation of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain construction environment temperatures between a balanced 5°C and 30°C. Ensure the relative humidity remains moderate to optimize performance.
2. Adhere strictly to the water-to-material ratio as specified in our product manual, ensuring the integrity and performance of the self-leveling mix are maintained without compromise.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling compound within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification and ensure usability.
4. Prioritize safety during application to avoid accidental splashes on skin or eyes. Protective gear is recommended.
5. During the crucial curing period, prevent the surface from enduring heavy impacts or becoming soaked, ensuring a flawless finish.
TRANSPORTATION
Store our self-leveling compound in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transport, avoid any impact or compression to preserve the integrity of the packaging and the product inside.
