Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Shot blasting and thorough vacuuming are obligatory before application for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or modify according to substrate absorption levels. Apply a coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration for maximum efficiency.

>> For additional reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to achieve the desired level of durability.

>> Once the substrate has cured, it can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, paving the way for a pristine and enduring finish.
