Installation Instructions
For the impeccable installation of wood flooring, it is advisable to employ a B11 notched trowel specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive. It's essential to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain efficiency. The open time is determined by the quantity of adhesive applied, prevailing climate conditions, and the substrate's absorption rate. The adhesive reaches readiness when it begins to form strings, indicating it is primed for installation.
In the application of wet bonding for SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring, the use of a B1 notched trowel is recommended, with notched bar replacement every 100 square meters to ensure consistency. Commence flooring installation once the adhesive starts to form strings, confirming effective adhesion to both the floor and the back of the flooring. During installation, it's crucial to uniformly roll the entire installed surface with a roller and utilize a cork board to press the edges and corners. This process ensures the surface is evenly pressed flat, allowing the flooring to fully integrate with the adhesive. Re-roll after 20 minutes to ensure maximum adhesion.
