Product Construction Process

Step 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Prepare the foundation by meticulously cleaning the dust and debris with a mop. In case the floor is uneven, apply a self-leveling material to ensure it is perfectly smooth and ready for the next steps.

Step 2
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Using a scraper brush, distribute the adhesive evenly across the floor. Allow it to set for 15-20 minutes until it transitions from white to transparent, indicating readiness for carpet laying.

Step 3
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet with precision, ensuring it is flat and smooth. Apply pressure, then carefully use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to secure it in place.

Step 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
After 3 hours, the carpet adhesive reaches optimal bonding strength. Avoid traffic on the carpet for 12 hours to prevent any disturbances. This method assures robust installation, free from bubbling or deformation.
