Introducing the K50 commercial self-leveling compound: a sophisticated, water-hardening inorganic composite crafted from premium raw materials. This expertly formulated substance boasts superb fluidity, enabling it to rapidly produce impeccably level indoor floors. It is the go-to choice for preparing perfectly even surfaces prior to laying various floor materials, including plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and wooden floors.
The K50 self-leveling compound is celebrated for its remarkable high strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion capabilities. It delivers a smooth, resilient foundation perfect for floor installations. Ideal for a multitude of robust substrates, it works seamlessly with concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Boasting superior fluidity, it autonomously levels the ground to perfection.
2. Enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundational surface.
3. Diminishes porosity while boosting uniform absorption efficiency.
4. Quick-drying and early setting features allow for the grinding and application of decorative flooring materials within 1-2 days.
5. Its low shrinkage characteristics help avert cracking during ground treatment.

In a single application, K50 can be effortlessly applied at thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 5mm.
1. Ensure the surface is free from oil stains, dust, loose debris, and aged coatings.
2. Smoothen uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris; follow with meticulous vacuuming to eliminate all residual materials and dust.
3. Maintain a dry base, free from any standing water or puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent surfaces, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal treatment.
Achieve optimum consistency with a water-to-mortar ratio of 26%.
1. Post thorough cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once absorbed and beginning to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually adding a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix diligently with a mixer until completely smooth and devoid of lumps. Dispense the mixture evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to ensure precise thickness control. Protect the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mix and application within a 10-minute timeframe.
3. Prior to the setting of the compound, employ a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry.
