Once the base layer graciously absorbs the primer and begins its drying journey, typically within a time frame of 2 to 6 hours, you're prepared to commence the seamless self-leveling process.
2. Into a prepared container, gently pour approximately 5 liters of pure, pristine water. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound to the water. Mix with precision using a mixer until you attain a flawlessly smooth, lump-free consistency. Evenly spread the mixed material with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. 3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, skillfully employ a defoaming roller to liberate any air bubbles trapped within the surface. Note: To achieve optimal slurry transport, consider utilizing a pump with a delivery capacity of 20 to 40 liters per minute, ensuring smooth and efficient application.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment with precision, keeping temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Also, ensure the relative humidity stays perfectly balanced to secure exemplary results.
2. Follow the water addition ratio strictly as detailed in the product manual. This adherence ensures the self-leveling material achieves peak performance, preventing drawbacks from excess or insufficient water.
3. It is crucial to apply the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute interval. This proactive measure prevents premature hardening, preserving the material's usability and ensuring a flawless finish.
