Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & thoroughly dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & any chemical additives like release agents. Unsuitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, employ shot blasting and meticulous vacuuming for optimal results.

Application Method

>> Meticulously remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface for an immaculate base.

>> Dilute the hardener with water, maintaining a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust based on substrate absorption. Apply an even coat with a roller brush, ensuring comprehensive penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying additional coats for enhanced durability.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
