SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by thoroughly eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface, ensuring a pristine base for application.
2. Smooth out uneven ground by sanding, effectively removing any loose concrete and lingering impurities, creating an ideal surface for the application.
3. Ensure that the base remains completely dry and devoid of any puddles to guarantee optimal adhesion and performance.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to achieve the best preparation results.

APPLICATION
1. Thoroughly clean the base layer, then select the most suitable primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry, approximately 2-6 hours after application, you can commence the preparations for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring around 5 liters of pristine water into a mixing container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our self-leveling compound, blending continuously with a mixer until you achieve a completely smooth, lump-free consistency. Dispense the mixture and spread it evenly across the surface using a specialized notched trowel to manage thickness. Ensure the freshly prepared mix is shielded from direct sunlight and strong winds.
3. Before the compound begins to set, gently roll over the surface with a defoaming roller to eliminate any entrapped air bubbles. Note: Utilize a pump capable of a delivery capacity ranging from 20-40 liters per minute for efficient slurry transportation.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between a controlled range of 5°C to 30°C, ensuring the relative humidity remains moderate.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratios as specified in the product manual. Deviations in water quantity, whether excess or insufficient, can compromise the superior performance of our self-leveling material.
3. Apply the prepared self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, which would render it unusable.
4. Exercise caution for safety during application to prevent the material from coming into contact with eyes or skin.
5. During the crucial curing period, ensure the ground is protected from heavy object impacts and avoid water exposure.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transit, handle with care to avoid collisions and compressions that could potentially damage the packaging integrity.
