Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & free from chemical additives like release agents. It is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming prior to application.

Application Method

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or modify according to substrate absorption levels. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration.

>> For enhanced structural reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats as necessary.

>> Once cured, the substrate is ready to be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a robust and reliable foundation.
