K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement
additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Meticulously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and prior coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Level uneven surfaces by grinding away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to remove any remaining materials and dust.
3. Guarantee the base is dry and free from puddles to prevent future complications.
4. For substrates with absorption, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, apply the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior results.
Achieve optimal results by maintaining a precise water to mortar ratio of 26%.
1. After the base layer is thoroughly cleansed, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate the self-leveling process.
2. Introduce around 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually blending in a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Uniformly spread the mixture using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, shielding it from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete mixing and application within 10 minutes for ideal results.
3. Before the compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to release any trapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can assist in transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, guarding it against direct sunlight and humidity. When properly sealed, the product retains a shelf life of up to 6 months.
During transportation, it is vital to avoid collisions and compression to prevent any damage to the packaging and ensure product integrity.
