Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains, & free of chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or prone to heavy sand-shedding, this product is not suitable. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application to ensure optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Thoroughly eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, adjusting based on the substrate's absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring thorough penetration for best results.

>> To enhance reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats for additional strength and durability.

>> Once the substrate is cured, it can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, providing a solid foundation for further construction or finishing work.
