Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or heavily sand-shedding, this product may not be suitable. Employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming before application for optimal results.

Application Method

>> Thoroughly remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to ensure optimal adhesion.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or modify according to substrate absorption. Apply a single coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete and even penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats to strengthen the substrate further.

>> Once the substrate has cured, it can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement for a perfect and smooth finish.
