K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remaining old coatings from the surface to secure a pristine base.
2. Grind away uneven surfaces and remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to ensure the base is free of materials and dust.
3. Maintain the base's dryness, ensuring it's free from puddles or excess moisture.
4. For absorbent substrates, applying LG660, a water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, is recommended. For non-absorbent substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advisable.
The water-to-mortar ratio is meticulously set at 26%, ensuring optimal consistency and performance.
1. After a thorough cleaning of the base layer, select the most suitable primer. Commence the self-leveling pre-work once the primer is absorbed and begins drying, usually within 2-6 hours post-application.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, mixing thoroughly with a mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds. Ensure the mixing and application process is completed within a 10-minute window.
3. Prior to setting, employ a defoaming roller across the surface to eliminate entrapped air bubbles. Note: Use a pump with a 20-40 liter per minute delivery capacity to seamlessly transport the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. When properly sealed, the product boasts a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, exercise care to prevent collisions and compression, thus preserving the integrity of the packaging.
