K50 commercial self-leveling compound is an exceptional water-hardening inorganic composite material. Crafted from superior quality raw materials in a precise and fine ratio, it boasts remarkable fluidity that swiftly levels indoor floors. Its versatility makes it ideal for preparing surfaces before the installation of diverse flooring materials, including luxurious plastic flooring, elegant sheet materials, durable tile materials, and sophisticated wooden floors.
The illustrious K50 self-leveling compound is celebrated for its formidable strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion qualities. It lays down a flawless and robust foundation for an array of floor coverings. Perfectly suited for a variety of solid substrates, it excels on concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, making it the preferred choice for professionals seeking excellence.
1. With its outstanding fluidity, it effortlessly self-levels the ground, ensuring a perfectly smooth surface.
2. Enhances the density, hardness, and uniformity of the foundation, elevating the substrate quality.
3. Minimizes porosity while boosting consistent absorption, creating a refined finish.
4. Featuring rapid drying and early setting, it allows for grinding and laying decorative flooring materials within a mere 1-2 days.
5. Designed with low shrinkage to ward off cracking in ground treatment, ensuring long-lasting results.

K50 is engineered for application at a thickness range of 2mm to 5mm in a single application, offering flexibility and precision.
1. Scrupulously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adherence.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, and vacuum thoroughly to clear away residues and dust.
3. Maintain the base in a dry state, free from any puddles, to prevent moisture interference.
4. For absorbent substrates, we recommend the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for optimal preparation.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% to achieve the perfect consistency for application.
1. Post thorough base layer cleaning, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to set (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence pre-work for self-leveling to ensure adherence and durability.
2. Introduce approximately 6 liters of pristine water into a container. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, mixing with a mixer until achieving a uniform, smooth, and lump-free consistency. Distribute the mixture evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and robust winds. Complete the mixing and application process expeditiously within a 10-minute window.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, employ a defoaming roller to expel any entrapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture-rich environments. When sealed, the shelf life extends to 6 months, ensuring product integrity.
During transportation, ensure protective measures to avoid collisions and compression, safeguarding the packaging from damage.
