When applied to non-absorbent substrates, this adhesive provides flexibility in installation, allowing the flooring to be set 20-50 minutes after application. It boasts enduring adhesion, reinforced by strong peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and unmatched curing power. To ensure optimal results, the substrate should be solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and devoid of dust. For uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent substrates, it is essential to pre-treat with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent, safeguarding against substrate debonding.
Installation Instructions
For the flawless installation of wood flooring, it is advisable to utilize a B11 notched trowel, meticulously designed for wood flooring adhesives. To maintain peak performance, replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. Carefully determine the open time by assessing the adhesive's application volume, prevailing climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive reaches optimal readiness when it begins to form strings, signaling the perfect time for flooring installation.
This adhesive also excels in the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring. Employ a B1 notched trowel, ensuring the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters for consistent performance. Commence flooring installation as the adhesive starts stringing, ensuring firm adhesion both beneath and on the back of the flooring. During installation, roll the entire surface with precision, using a cork board to firmly press the edges and corners. Guarantee a flat, comprehensive bond across the entire installed surface, free from dead spots, by repeating the rolling process after 20 minutes.
