Our Sheet Vinyl Install Glue is meticulously designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces experiencing slight sand shedding, as well as aerated concrete block surfaces. It is also ideal for use on putty powder, paint, and cement mortar surfaces, along with other absorbent substrates like concrete. This product expertly seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing absorption in porous substrates.

By doing so, it prevents the moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, thereby enhancing the bonding strength of the leveling layer. This ensures firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation, effectively eliminating issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth and dry, free of cracks and oil stains, and chemical additives such as release agents. If the substrate is loose or has significant sand shedding, reinforcement is not suitable, requiring shot blasting instead. Sand the substrate and vacuum thoroughly before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, depending on substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration..

>> For enhanced reinforcement effects, multiple coats can be applied..

>> After curing, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
