SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This thorough cleaning ensures optimal bonding and long-lasting performance. By doing so, you lay the groundwork for a pristine finish that speaks volumes in durability and quality.
2. Gently sand the uneven ground to meticulously remove any loose concrete and embedded impurities, creating a smooth and flawless foundation for subsequent applications. This step is crucial in securing a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish that will stand the test of time.
3. Ensure that the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as moisture can compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution. A dry base is your assurance of a steadfast and resilient surface that won't waiver under pressure.
4. For those substrates that are highly absorbent, we recommend employing our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent to achieve superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the use of our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to ensure exceptional adhesion and durability. These specialized treatments are designed to offer unmatched performance, ensuring your surface preparation is nothing short of perfection.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously preparing the base layer, ensuring it is thoroughly clean to maximize adhesion. Select the ideal primer, designed to be absorbed by the base surface and initiate drying within approximately 2-6 hours. Once the primer is set, move forward with the application of Premium Self-Leveling Cement.
2. Begin by pouring about 5 liters of pristine water into a container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our top-tier self-leveling compound. Blend using a mixer until the mixture is flawlessly smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture uniformly with a specialized notched trowel to control the desired thickness. For optimal results, shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and high winds.
3. Before the compound begins to set, employ a defoaming roller to gently smooth over the surface, efficiently releasing any trapped air bubbles. For enhanced efficiency, consider using a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to effortlessly transfer the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Keep the construction environment's temperature consistently between 5°C and 30°C, ensuring low relative humidity to achieve peak material performance.
2. Meticulously follow the specified water ratio as outlined in the product manual. This accuracy is crucial to maintaining the excellent performance of our self-leveling compound, which could be compromised by incorrect water quantities.
3. Use the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to prevent premature hardening, ensuring a smooth and efficient application process.
4. Exercise utmost caution to prevent the material from coming into contact with skin or eyes during application, ensuring safety and security at the worksite.
5. During the vital curing phase, protect the surface from heavy impacts and avoid any water exposure to maintain the integrity of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture to uphold the product's quality. During transport, avoid impacts and compression to prevent any packaging damage, ensuring the product's arrival in perfect condition.
