SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Start by diligently and thoroughly removing oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remnants of old coatings from the surface. This comprehensive cleaning ensures optimal bonding and guarantees long-lasting performance and durability.
2. Carefully sand the uneven ground to meticulously eliminate any loose concrete and embedded impurities, crafting a smooth and flawless foundation for subsequent applications to adhere perfectly.
3. Ensure that the base is impeccably dry and completely free of puddles, as moisture can significantly compromise the integrity and adherence of the surface solution, impacting the overall result.
4. For substrates that are highly absorbent, we highly recommend using our LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent, which offers superior penetration and bonding. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, our LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised to ensure exceptional adhesion and long-lasting durability.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the base layer to ensure superior adhesion. Select the appropriate primer, which should be absorbed by the base and start drying within approximately 2 to 6 hours. At this juncture, begin preparations for applying the Premium Self-Leveling Cement.
2. Introduce about 5 liters of clean water into a container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound. Use a mixer to blend until the mixture achieves a silky smooth, lump-free texture. Distribute the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure the best results.
3. Before the compound sets, employ a defoaming roller to glide effortlessly over the surface, efficiently releasing trapped air. Note: For a smooth application, use a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute to transport the self-leveling slurry seamlessly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C and ensure low relative humidity for optimal material performance.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This precision is crucial to maintaining the superior performance of our self-leveling compound, preventing issues from excessive or insufficient water.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avoid premature solidification, ensuring a smooth and effective surface application.
4. Take care during application to prevent the material from splattering onto skin or into eyes, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
5. During the critical curing period, protect the surface from heavy impacts and avoid contact with water to preserve the integrity of the cured surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, ventilated, and cool area, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to maintain its quality. During transportation, ensure the product is protected from impacts and compression to prevent damage to the packaging, guaranteeing the product arrives in perfect condition.
