Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, and devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical residues such as release agents. This product is not suitable for loose or heavily sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, undertake shot blasting and thorough vacuuming.

Application Method

 

>> Eliminate any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio or adjust according to substrate absorption. Apply one coat using a roller brush for full penetration.

>> For additional reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats as needed.

>> Once cured, the substrate becomes ready to be treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement seamlessly.
