Substrate Treatment

Ensure that the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, free from cracks and oil stains, & absent of chemical additives like release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit heavy sand-shedding, this product is not suitable. Thorough shot blasting and vacuuming are essential before application.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, or adjust based on substrate absorption needs. Apply a single coat with a roller brush, ensuring full penetration.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying multiple coats as necessary.

>> Once curing is completed, the substrate can be directly treated with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement.
