K50 is versatile, allowing for application thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single coat.
1. Thoroughly clear the surface of oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any existing coatings.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to remove fragile concrete and debris, following up with a vacuum to eliminate loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure that the base remains dry and devoid of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to prepare the surface accordingly.
Optimal water to mortar ratio: 26%
1. Post thorough base layer cleaning, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (typically 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with self-leveling pre-work.
2. Into a container, pour approximately 6 liters of pure water, then slowly incorporate a 25kg bag of self-leveling compound. Mix until perfectly smooth and lump-free using a mixer. Distribute the mix uniformly, employing a specialized notched trowel to manage thickness. Shield the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to setting, run a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate trapped air. Optional: Utilize a pump capable of delivering 20-40 liters per minute to seamlessly convey the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, cool, and airy location, away from direct sunlight and moisture-rich environments. When sealed, the product maintains a 6-month shelf life.
During transportation, handle with care to avoid impacts and compression that could compromise packaging integrity.
