Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth & dry, devoid of any cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For surfaces that are loose or exhibit significant sand shedding, this product may not be suitable for reinforcement. In such scenarios, shot blasting is recommended. Sand the substrate expertly and vacuum thoroughly before application to ensure optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Begin by meticulously removing any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, tailored to the substrate's absorption. Apply a coat with a roller brush, ensuring it penetrates completely for maximum effect.

>> For superior reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied as needed to achieve the desired strength.

>> Once cured, the substrate can then be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement to achieve the perfect finish.
