Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface. Carefully remove dust and debris from the floor using a mop. For uneven floors, apply self-leveling material to achieve a smooth and clean finish.

Step 2
Adhesive Application. Employ a scraper brush to evenly coat the floor with adhesive. Allow 15-20 minutes for the transition from white to transparent, then proceed with carpet placement.

Step 3
Carpet Installation. Ensure the carpet is laid flat and smooth. Apply pressure and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to secure it in place.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
The carpet adhesive reaches bonding strength within 3 hours, so refrain from walking or operating on the carpet for 12 hours. This method ensures strength to withstand weight without bubbles or deformation, providing optimal results.
