TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE. Begin by thoroughly cleansing the floor from any dust and debris using a mop. If the surface is uneven, apply self-leveling material to achieve a flawless, smooth base that ensures optimal adhesion.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION. With precision, use a scraper brush to spread the adhesive uniformly over the floor. Allow it 15-20 minutes to transition from white to transparent before commencing the carpet laying process.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION. Lay the carpet with care, ensuring it's flat and smooth. Apply pressure, then use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to secure it firmly in place.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE.
The adhesive reaches bonding strength within 3 hours. To maintain its integrity, avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours. This process supports weight without bubbling or deformation, providing a seamless finish.
