Performance characteristics
The LG9000 water-based adhesive is your ultimate solution for flooring applications that require unparalleled elasticity and outstanding curing properties. Expertly crafted for use with wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT materials, this exceptional adhesive showcases remarkable versatility by serving as both a wet-bond and pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Its distinctive formulation also permits limited use as a gap-filling and pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring. Experience the smooth and reliable application that your projects truly deserve.
Enhance your flooring installations with the extraordinary LG9000 on non-absorbent substrates. You can commence installation a convenient 20-50 minutes after application, enjoying its enduring adhesion, exceptional peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and impressive curing strength. Ensure your substrate is robust, smooth, dry, crack-free, and completely free of dust. For more challenging surfaces, such as those that are uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent, boost the surface integrity with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding. Experience unparalleled stability and performance with every project.
Installation Instructions
For a flawless wood flooring installation, utilize a B11 notched trowel specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive application. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. The open time varies based on adhesive quantity, climatic conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive is ready to be used once it begins forming strings, indicating its readiness for application to achieve perfect results.
For the wet bonding of SPC, WPC, and LVT floors, a B1 notched trowel is recommended for optimal application. Ensure the notched bar is replaced every 100 square meters. Begin the installation when the adhesive starts forming strings, ensuring optimal transfer to the flooring's back. During installation, carefully roll the entire surface with a roller, and use a cork board to press edges and corners for a uniform, gap-free bond. Follow up with another roll 20 minutes later to secure the installation. For complete guidelines, adhere to Lan Guan's comprehensive technical instructions, solidifying the integrity of your flooring project.
