K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated.
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.
This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.
1. Moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, which can extend the service life of the floor.
2. Non-toxic and environmentally
3. Micro-expansion system, no shrinkage, anti-cracking.
4.High fluidity material, with superior leveling performance.

THICKNESS
K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.
1. Completely remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine base.
2. Rectify uneven surfaces by grinding to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then employ a vacuum to clear away residual materials and dust.
3. Confirm that the base is dry and free of puddles to maintain optimal conditions.
4. Utilize the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent for absorbent substrates; for non-absorbent substrates, employ the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent for superior treatment.
Ensure a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for achieving optimal performance and results.
1. After meticulously cleansing the base layer, select the suitable primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours after application), start self-leveling pre-work.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, and mix with a mixer until the blend is smooth and lump-free. Distribute the mixed material evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring mixing and application are completed within 10 minutes.
3. Before the self-leveling compound sets, utilize a defoaming roller to remove any trapped air. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can assist in transporting the self-leveling slurry efficiently.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarded from direct sunlight and moisture. When sealed, the product retains a shelf life of 6 months.
During transportation, it is imperative to avoid collisions and compression to preserve the integrity of the package.
